Week 4 - Composers

Hello, young musicians!

This week, we will be learning about many important composers, starting with some who are still making music today, and working our way backward through time. Watch the videos below to follow along with the reading in your packet or to get some extra little nuggets of information you may need to complete your work. There are also listening examples of some of the composers' work in the videos. We'd love to hear which of these composers is your favorite! (Mrs. B's favorites this week are Gershwin and Bernstein.) (Ms. A's favorites this week are Lin Manuel and Ellington!) Comment on the blog post, on your classroom Facebook posts, or email Mrs. Braunagel or Ms. Arnold. Have a great week, Huskies!
